1. Anchor Habit – Lock in your day’s starting point

Start with one habit that anchors your day.
It should be the first domino—small, clear, unskippable.

Example:

  • Drink water

  • Stretch for 3 minutes

  • Open your planner and write 3 priorities

This is psychological priming. It signals your brain: “We’re in work mode now.”
Miss this step and your entire day drifts.

Tip: Choose a habit so simple, it feels stupid to skip.
