Why masculinity is not toxic?
Embracing Strength and Responsibility đș
Focus Point of the Week:
âTrue masculinity isnât toxic; itâs about strength, responsibility, and purpose.â
Fire Up Your Week:
These days, the term âtoxic masculinityâ gets thrown around a lot. But masculinity itself isnât the problem - itâs the lack of direction, discipline, and purpose that can turn strength into harm.
True masculinity is about channeling your energy into positive action, standing up for what you believe in, and taking responsibility for yourself and those around you.
Itâs not about dominance but about protection and provision.
Embracing masculinity means understanding that strength can be gentle, that confidence doesnât have to come at othersâ expense, and that a manâs purpose can lift up those around him.
3 Quick Wins:
1. Set a Daily Goal: Challenge yourself to achieve one small task that requires discipline.
2. Reflect on Your Strengths: List three ways you use your strengths to positively impact those around you.
3. Be Accountable: Find a trusted friend or mentor and share your progress on a personal goal.
Focus Question:
âAre you using your strength to build others up or to tear them down?â
Fire Quote:
âStrength without purpose is chaos. Purpose without strength is empty.â
